My approach is all about encouraging you to find your movement mojo, getting you to a place where you can enjoy a consistent relationship with fitness and to cheer you on as you start to see every area of your life improve as a result. I help women like you reframe what motivates you to move so that you can achieve a consistent routine, leaving you feeling more confident in your mind and body, more inspired and more fulfilled.

We’ll kick off your membership with a complimentary 1:1 session where we’ll chat through all your current barriers to exercise and find a starting point that makes you feel confident about beginning your Barre journey.

You’ll have access to up to 6 live classes a week, all from the comfort of your own home. Camera on or camera off, this is a safe space for you to join me and the other members and benefit from live feedback and modifications to make sure the workout is the right level for you.

Progress your workouts at a time that feels right for you, whether that’s with a quick 20 minute stretch or a 45 minute full body class, there are over 300 workouts and 10 challenge programmes to choose from, with up to 6 new classes added every week.

This is all about making exercise feel as accessible as possible and part of that is about reducing the amount of time we need to commit to this to notice a change. Working out from home means we can roll out of bed and straight into a class before getting on with our day. If you can commit to just 1 month, you’ll start to see how it can take as little as 30 minutes a few times a week to change your relationship with fitness.

One of my main priorities is that you understand the foundations that make up The Barre Coach Method and that is all about making sure you understand how to engage your muscles in the right way to get the best possible workout. That’s why I start everyone off with a complimentary 1:1 session so I fully understand your needs and can suggest adjustments where necessary. The live classes are a great opportunity to get some feedback on your form and alignment so making use of these means you’ll always be well looked after and avoid hurting yourself.

This is not about being good or bad at something. This is about finding a form of movement that feels good for you and doesn’t feel like a chore. You don’t need to be strong or flexible or have any sort of dance background to experience the benefits of a Barre practice.

We can get you started with bodyweight movements or use minimal equipment that you’ll be able to find at home (I’m looking at you, wine bottles!) to get a great workout from these classes. Once you’ve got the Barre bug you’ll want to grab some light pieces of equipment to start to progress your workouts as your journey with us evolves. You’ll find a full equipment list here.

After your 7 day free trial, the membership costs £25 a month and will automatically renew so your access will be constant until you decide you’d like to pause or cancel it.

You absolutely can. If you decide the membership isn’t for you, you can easily log in to your account and cancel your membership. Your access will then stop from the end of that month and you won’t be charged the following month.
