Hello there, I’m Gen and I’m passionate about helping women like you find time to prioritise your wellbeing and move your body in a way that feels great.

Discovering Barre as a form of fitness quite literally changed my life and I’ve experienced an amazing transformation both mentally and physically as a result of it.

Now I get to support women like you on your fitness journey and I couldn’t be more confident that we can introduce fitness into your life in a way that feels accessible, fun and empowering.

The benefits of Barre fitness are endless. If you want to feel stronger in mind and body, more flexible, less achy in your back/knees/hips and a part of something really special, then you've landed in the right place!

My classes are all about blending the original foundations of Barre training which has its roots in ballet with more traditional strength training, HIIT, Pilates and elements of yoga. This approach is incredible for making fitness feel enjoyable as well as really effective in getting you feeling like your strongest self.
