I had my little one via c-section in November 2022 and I know first hand how amazing your recovery can be from moving your body in a way that feels strong and safe right the way through your pregnancy and that is why I’m so excited to bring you this programme.

The Bump & Beyond Movement Series has been designed to:
Give you clear guidance on how you can safely move your body through every stage of your pregnancy and beyond
Give you tailored workouts and programmes that are designed to look after all the areas that need more support during pregnancy including your core and pelvic floor
Provide you with workouts that will prepare your body for labour including dedicated core and breathwork sessions
Support your journey back to exercise once your little one is here and help you safely rebuild your strength

Here’s how I’ll be supporting you
one to one
Your pregnancy and postnatal journey is unique to you and your workout routine should be as well. We’ll kick off your membership with a complimentary 1:1 session where we’ll chat through all your current barriers to exercise (be that energy levels, a lack of time, recovering from a C-section or rehabbing ab separation) and find a starting point that makes you feel confident about your movement journey.
live group classes
You’ll have access to live weekly classes all from the comfort of your own home. Camera on or camera off, this is a safe space for you to join me and the other members and benefit from live feedback and modifications to make sure the workout is at just the right level for you.
On demand video library
Work through tailored workout recommendations that focus on helping you master the basics and support you to build a strong foundation for the rest of your workouts. The Bump & Beyond Movement Series is designed to progress you through specific pre and postnatal workouts to leave you feeling your strongest self, whether that’s with a quick 20 minute stretch or a 45 minute full body class in your own time.

This is exactly why we start your membership with a 1:1 session so we can find the right starting point to support you on your journey at the right starting point for you. I’m all about starting you off slowly, spending time mastering the basics before moving on so this programme will be really safe for you at every stage of this journey.

If your little one is here you’ll probably feel like your time is being pulled in all sorts of different directions and making time to go out to classes might seem impossible. Our classes are all designed to be done at home with some sessions as short as 10 minutes. It’s all about finding a way of fitting movement into your new routine. Plus you’ll be setting the most amazing example to your bubba, prioritising movement to keep you feeling happy, healthy and confident.
