I am excited to invite you to our house for the first of our summer sessions which will be an afternoon of Barre & BBQs! We'll work through a fab full body Barre workout in the sunshine followed by a delicious BBQ and a cocktail / mocktail or 2!

Spaces are limited and offered out to members first. Members are more than welcome to bring friends, family and babies with you.

There will be a charge of £25 per person for the class and it would be great if you could let me know any dietary requirements in advance.
