Follow the 8 week consistency challenge, designed to help make consistency feel easier than ever with variety across Barre workouts, strength and cardio sessions as well as stretchy movements. There are challenging classes, less intense sessions and fully mat-based workouts for days when your motivation is a wee bit lower.
Brand new to Barre and just 4 weeks before you’re walking down the aisle? Your best starting point is the 4 week beginners programme. This programme will take you from Barre-newbie to plié connoisseur and leave you officially addicted to a regular Barre practice by the day of your wedding.
If you’re a Barre veteran, a month away from the big day and wanting to focus on getting stronger and fitter, then our 28 Day Challenge will be the perfect level of intensity to keep you challenged and motivated. There are classes scheduled for every day across the 28 days with active recovery sessions throughout. It’s an intense month-long programme, guaranteed to give you the results you’re looking for.
